  January 21, 2020 - From Coravin. Sulphur with apple, honey, a slight custard apple note and a little mineral underpin. With time a little cream here as well. on the palate it has sweet ripe apple with honey, a little texture on the mid palate but overall this is surprisingly simple though balanced. Travels long. Okay.
