  February 7, 2020 - Disgorged 01/2019. Pale straw, with pinkish streak. Aromas of bakery, yeast, lemon pith. Dry, high acidity, medium(-) alcohol, medium body. Flavors of lemon, almond, marzipan, starfruit (a pleasant bitterness). Elegant, pleasant and rich mousse. Good length. Slightly sweet twist in finish.
