  February 7, 2020 - Decanted for 3 hours, seems to continue to pick up speed without slowing down, aromas of cigar ash, beets, red berry and plum emerge, feels good on the palate, softened tannins make for a velvety experience, bright red cherries, mineral, smoke and black tea nuances in the mouth, a touch of toasty oak, interesting and distinct, I had with rib eye steak and it was just right, should age very well
