  February 8, 2020 - Coravin Glass Taste: This is definitely a very nicely aged Cabernet. Nice aroma and plenty of fruit. Lots of depth, texture and smooth balance. Excellent. Being 13 years old, I was concerned with where it was “at”, but there is a ton of life and years still ahead of it. A very well-built wine. Man, I have just always like what the Smith Brothers do with their CS! Yummy! Get More? Hell yes!!!
