  February 8, 2020 - Opened by Allred at Claudia. Notes of roasted nuts and orchard fruits. A lovely wine that is perhaps starting to enter the oxidative spectrum of its life. An excellent beginning to the evening, and a nice pairing with the BENTO BOX of tuna-foie, scallop cracker, squid ink madeleine, potato-caviar.
