  February 12, 2020 - This was really a wonderful wine. Very well balanced . It is a light yellow color with a tinge of green. The nose is all about pear and minerals. The palate has a chalky minerality to it as well along with the ripe pear and white peach. Very nice bright acidity keeps this fresh with just a little, light sweetness to it. Nice long finish as well. I didn't get the apple and lime some of the pro's described in the 2018 time frame but some of the CT notes had gooseberry which I did get, but either way this was delicious.
