  February 13, 2020 - Deep amber color. Really intense aroma of botrytise, mamarlade, ripe mango, dried apircot, orange peel, honey, sweet vanilla, ginger, some caramel and nuttiness. Very sweet and rich mouthfeel yet with a refreshingly long acid line leading the complex, developing flavours (such as mushroom, dusty) towards a long finish of over 20 seconds. Beautiful now already.
