  February 14, 2020 - Rose V-day dinner (Atera - 77 Worth Street in NYC): Bubbles to start the meal and pair with a number of the little bites. I very much used to appreciate this rose for the price point although I think the price point has increased as this producer has gotten more popular. It has always seemed a touch simple in style, but in this case I liked that as it worked as a good compliment to the food and played more of a background role rather than dominating. Also just fun to start with some pink bubbles and this was quite fresh with the red fruits still there (I think 2019 disgorgement).
