  February 18, 2020 - This is a surprisingly OK cheap generic white Bordeaux.
  
  Fresh on the nose and the palate, notes of green apples, a little bite but not too much. Very smooth and easy drinking, but also bland and indistinctive. The Colombard brings just a touch of sweetness, particularly as the wine warms up. This would be fine as a party white wine.
  
  Decent QPR at ~US$8.
