    October 4, 2008 - Had this as a latter course wine at Urasawa. Super rich on the nose and the palate - berries, casis, considerable tar. There's also something slightly of a sweeter fragrant here, possible dried flowers or something... and a very long finish. Overall quite stunning. We tried alone and with a multitude of dishes, including kobe beef (practically fois gras texture) and it was amazing. Certainly could wait awhile to mellow, I think it would be interesting to try again in a few years.
