  February 20, 2020 - Chez W, decanted an hour, pale but bright and leggy, slightly waxy, complex nose, fresh, nice citric balance, fruit more towards apples and pears than tropics, decent minerality and richness, proper GC weight, long, persistent and concentrated, improved markedly in glass and last glass the best, grippy, young and blessedly unpoxed…...but Sauzet's record on this front is appalling so you never know what to expect! Fully mature clean bottle could probably improve on current F+ (18).
