February 25, 2020 - Bottle air for 4hrs, drink and wait for the changes.
Appearance : light ruby, with legs and petillance
On nose : med intensity, red fruit : raspberries, a hint of violet, mint, tobacco, thyme, pine tree, green pepper at the end. The aroma is evolving within these 5 hrs.
On palate : dry, high acidity, med intensity flavour, subtle of red fruit, tea leaves, hollow on mid palate, bitterness and savoury, med to short finishing, very disappointed on the flavour with med alcohol and med to med- body.
Not really similar to the impression of Dugat Py that I have. As a VV wine from Gevery Chambertin, It is lack of intensity and power and if u have it, drink it now, not recommended for aging any more.1,256 views
