  February 25, 2020 - Chateau Cantemerle 2015 is still young. Waiting for 2 hours, it opens up. It is ruby in colour. On the nose, there are the aromas of ripe black fruits like black cherries and black currant. It is medium-full bodies with a bit spicy and dry. The acidity is not high and the tannin is quite fine grained. The finishing is quite long and complex. It will be great to taste the wine after 5 or more years. Nice wine.
