  October 3, 2008 - A glorious, absolutely delicious champagne. Deep gold in color, tons of tiny, lively bubbles. Wonderful creamy toast taste. And a finish that went on forever. We enjoyed this bottle over the course of two hours, and it just kept getting better and better, with a little hint of green apples as it warmed in the glass.
