  March 5, 2020 - A smashing good wine that goes with all things creamy and fishy. Albarino blanc and verdejo negro are the native varieties that make up this wine. Brambles, minerals and apricot. Lean and tight with a good acid core. Artisanal wine without sulphides and only natural yeasts.
