  March 6, 2020 - Very classy red with all elements at hand. Good concentrated berries, oak, a hint of vanilla, spices like menthol and pepper. Medium plus tannins, almost full bodied. Dry but it's got a minimum amount of pleasing sweetness. When aerated enough, it tastes quite like a good Aussie shiraz. This is accented with a nice acidity, reminding me of an Italian Super Tuscan.
