  March 7, 2020 - Typical aromatic where Morey Saint Denis's roughness meets the silk trends of neighboring Chambolle. Soft raspberries, a small orange border, wet ground, light roses and distinctly coarser saltiness. Medium-bodied and fresh wine with cherries, cool raspberries, anise and actually a hint of tobacco. Tighter finish with some purple fruit and clear salt and light green spice. Excellent acidity in the wine and surprisingly good complexity for a village. Excellent wine with great qpr. 92 points.
