March 7, 2020 - Appearance : pale lemon with legs

On nose : pronounced intensity, citruis: ripe lemon, stone fruit : apple, white floral : honeysuckle, grassy, cotton candy, a hint of green bell pepper, mineral,

On palate : dry, high and convincing acidity with lemon zest, green bell pepper, mineral, med body and med alcohol(13%) with bitternesses and savoury flavour and med+ finishing.

This wine is obviously a Sauvignon blanc on blind tasted, very pleasent and comfort. Good match with Oyster and Mussels. This is surely a premium wine, I suggest that it should be opened now to enjoy the peak of the wine!
