  March 8, 2020 - Dark purple in color, with long legs on the glass. Pleasing aromas of red and blue fruit compote, with a light green pepper note. The palate shows a compelling combination of blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry layered on top of orange peel and mineral flavors, all well-centered with a beautiful weight and texture. This starts to show its best after about four hours in the decanter.
