  March 10, 2020 - The 2018 Loveblock Pinot Noir Otego was poured through a gravity aerator but took 90 minutes to open fully, and was MUCH better on night two. My conclusion is that it absolutely needs a full decant and one hour resting before serving. This is a delicious, savory, balanced wine with excellent red fruit and floral fragrances, a medium body, excellent acidity, gentle tannins, and a slight hint of dark fruit sweetness on the mid-palate before its savory and mineral finish. At $15-$22 I would buy by the case, but I see that the average price in the US is much higher, and that is a disappointment.
