  March 11, 2020 - This bottle took about an hour to fully open. At first rather austere but as it opened ripe black and red fruits emerged. Smooth but with still present tannic backbone. Some dried herbs to got with the dusty tannins. About a 20 second finish and there is evidence that even more nuanced elements will come forward in time.
