  March 14, 2020 - Bright golden yellow in appearance. Super fragrant on the nose. Fresh like daisy, with layers of lime, peach, pineapple, apricot, lemon zest, green apple, jasmine, lilac notes. Sweet, but not sweetened. The flavours are perfectly balanced, but not too intense nor attention seeking. It goes well with almost any flavourful white meat or even light dessert. The flavours hold up well throughout the night. What a glorious auslese!
