3/17/20, 7:11 AM - I had the day before at the Pre-Paulee dinner and it opened a little bitter but I came back to it at the end of the night and it was really nice. I still think it could use a few years based on that bottle.

3/17/20, 8:01 AM - Dpc, Thanks for your comment, that’s helpful. I prefer tasting wine the way you did - enjoying a bottle and seeing it unfold. Alas most La Paulée events don’t allow that, which is why I note that my note is from a walk around tasting, so that I know it is from a very small point in time.

3/17/20, 9:22 AM - Totally agree. There's just too much wine going around to go back to a wine, but since I brought that one, I wanted to check back in, and was pleasantly surprised when I did.
