March 17, 2020 - 100% Garganega. Fermentation in steel tank. 6 months storage in barriques (small oak barrels) of French oak.
Flowery and appealing aromas - this smells like summer flowers! Pretty stone fruit and light nut in the background. Medium-bodied wine with good and rich mouthfeel. Juicy stone fruit and ripe citrus peel. Good light soil. Good acidity. May still need a year in the cellar, but this is very well made wine. For fish and vegetarian dishes. 89 points.819 views
