  March 17, 2020 - Lovely nose. Gets more subtle and complex after a night open. Shows some chalk and mineral notes among the light lemon and bread. The palate is straight pure Blanc de Blanc. Very classic. Some where under the dosage. Nothing a couple more years of rest won't solve. Good length. Expressive without being in your face. Tasty and approachable. A lovely expression of Chardonnay. Good stuff.
