  March 23, 2020 - Pop'n pour
  Nose > Aromatic, but still fairly shy. Fresh lime flesh, lemon/lime-oil, ripe nectarine, tart apricot, violet &
  whipped unsweetened lime-cream. Adds honeysuckle, grape blossom & flinty/creamy egg custard.
  Waterfall over limestone.
  Palate > Biggish & flinty with crushed rock, intense lime flesh & oil. Tart nectarine & nectarine skin, ripe & tart apricot, tart cherry, quinine & mineral salts. Steely, but just short of severe. Long, complex finish & aftertaste adds
  crushed stone, slightly bitter lime & grapefruit pith.
  Great balance & personality. Med+ acidity. Med+ intensity.
  Lip smacking Saar magic.
  Adds quince, lavender & lanolin on nose & palate with air, & needs it.
  This baby is gunna continue aging at a snails pace.
