  March 25, 2020 - This was really quite odd just out of the gate and frankly not all that pleasurable, clearly somewhat unripe with a medium intensity green apple nose accented by lactic notes and honeydew. But with air, this avails itself rather nicely and the lactic character fades away, revealing a green apple and sharpening stone oil nose which persists on the palate, accented by spearmint. While no doubt a little sedate and short, this does improve dramatically with air.
