  August 18, 2019 - Montrose 1982, 1989, 1996 and 2003 (JM Amsterdam): Gracious and elegant, classic-style Bordeaux. Fully mature and showing its Montrose breed. Notes of ripe red fruits, earth, tobacco and graphite in the wonderful nose. Harmonious and balanced on the palate. Slightly drying in the finish. Well-kept bottle, showing younger than expected between its siblings of 2003, 1996 and 1989.
