April 2, 2020 - Appearance: pale gold with legs

on nose : med+ intensity, citrus : ripe lemon, gooseberry, flora: honeysuckle, grassy, waxy, subtle of honey, wet stone, very pleasant and complex.

on palate : dry, high acidity, med flavor intensity, citrus: lemon, gooseberry, flora : chamomille, it brings you the medium body, medium alcohol (abv 13%), mineral and salty shell on mid-palate and bitterness and savory aftertaste with long finishing.

The wine has a very prominent structure with the very significant citrius acidity as the backbone. This is a very good wine only one may complain that a bit simple on the palate than on the nose.

But after leaving the wine into the fridge for a day, it developed into more territory flavour, buttery, lemon cake and some flinty oak. I love that more than drinking on first day. I believe it still have 3-5 more years to develop to the peak but u can still enjoy the beautiful juice right now!
