  April 5, 2020 - Appearance : pale amber with slow legs
  
  On nose : med+ intensity, salty mineral, soy source, then come up with honey, syrup, orange peel, the aroma is not that pleasant as the fruitiness is not that significant.
  
  On palate : luscious, med+ acidity, honey, orange marmalade, full body, prominent citrius acidity aftertaste with med+ finishing.
  
  The taste on the palate is much better than on nose. This wine is a good wine and best match with blue cheese. Enjoy the wine now instead of ageing any longer!
