  April 7, 2020 - Coravined after a full day of food and wine with M/M HMC...chilling, watching tv at home, etc. Carol needed one more glass to cap off the evening...a touch fruity and maybe old on the pour but after 1 hour in glass it calms down to a nice classic red fruited cab/cassis/lead pencil nose. It picks up class, it is cleanly made with a nice bead of acidity throughout. There is a touch of caramel and maybe some salinity? It still has plenty of cedar and woody tannins, so much so, that you'd think it has at least 5 more years at this level. Very nice......toward 90 minutes the nose turns floral with rose petals and deepened in dark red fruit. Wish I had more in my glass, but alas it's late and I've had plenty........
