  April 10, 2020 - I was worried this might be well past it’s prime but not at all. Will easily last another 5+ years and more if cellared properly. The nose is of medley of ripe sweet juicy red fruits. On the palette it was the same as the nose. An aged delicious well made napa can sav. Still slightly tannic. Didn’t decant and will try again tomorrow. Only downside was a broken cork but otherwise pairs perfectly with grilled rib eyes, baby back ribs, bbq chicken and smokies. No social distancing between grilled meats and Jospeh Phelps.
