April 12, 2020 - I'll just repeat my previous TN: Spatlese levels of residual sugar in a low ABV package. Just a hint of lime zest and flint on the finish. Quite tasty and varietally correct. Would rate a few points higher with just a bit more acidity to balance it out. Worked quite well with Easter ham.
