April 20, 2020 - Wow, this one threw me for a loop! PnP and it was stringent, harsh even, wasn't sure what was going on with it, then upon sitting in the glass for half an hour it started to evolve into a completely different wine, actually drinkable and even enjoyable as the evening went on. Must decant next time!!
