April 18, 2020 - I was saving this but decided to open for my birthday this past Sunday and it did not disappoint. Fantastic!!!

This is a full-bodied Shiraz from the McLaren Vale wine region in South Australia.

Dark purple in color. Aromas of blueberry, dark cherry and hints of vanilla leap from the glass.

The palate is a velvety sensation of fresh dark berries, black pepper, coffee and a hint of chocolate. Medium acidity and medium+ tannins.

The finish was long and smooth considering this wine has 16%Alc.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blueberry, cherry and coffee. It tastes like blueberry, cherry and chocolate. The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
