  May 3, 2020 - A little vapid on entry but may have been too cold. Green apple, clean acidity, mineral, light oak. Evolved with time and as it warmed up. Oak built out for some structure. Tasted closer to a domestic Chardonnay without the butter bomb. Intrigued by the complexity over time.
