BTW, since I've next to NO experience pairing Brunello, I *very* much appreciate you including that it would be a "very good pairing" with spaghetti Bolognese! :)

we usually will have a good reserve Chianti with Italian meals - especially with red sauce meats - a Brunello is a good step step up - u just need to find a good Brunello and this one just did not make the grade - in our opinion; perhaps we'll try a super Tuscan next.... -

5/4/20, 2:16 PM - 2012 seems a bit young...did you decant or aerate? I think you may have opened this a few years too early....just food for thought!
