  May 3, 2020 - At the open:
  Smells of dark black cherries, blue fruit, cobbler, and stone.
  Tastes of black cherries + mineral earth. Strong tannin, but still "light."
  
  45 Minutes:
  Smells of dark cherries
  Tastes of confident reserved dark red fruit; very balanced
  
  75 Minutes:
  Smells of earth, barnyard, and sweet cherries
  Tastes of black earth and dark cherry.
  
  This is an excellent wine with a subtle confident brilliance.
