May 6, 2020 - 30 mins of air before drinking. Earthy, a little smoky, more dark than red fruits. Density is one of a Gevrey 1er cru for sure. Tannins are light now and integrated, showing maturity but still some more years to go. Pleasure to drink now, in a very good spot. A style of Gevrey 1er cru I like, well done Dom Humbert
