  May 7, 2020 - My first from the producer...
  Eye: golden with almost a slight pinkish hue
  Nose: Apple, pear and lees in the background
  Palate: Apple and mineral with medium + acidity and and medium finish.
  
  Overall this was very nice and showing well. Will buy again.
