May 7, 2020 - Intense red fruit, chalk, a little vegetative underbrush (like a red burgundy). Really complex aromatics. Full bodied (as much as rosé can be)- good concentration of red fruit, limestone chalky character. No real glycerol character, but round and substantial mid-palate with a long finish. A red wine lover’s rosé. Worth aging a few years if you can, as I held this for two years. The kind of wine you want to share with everyone you know, and at the same time drink the bottle all by yourself. I consumed with some great homemade mahi mahi fish tacos.
