May 10, 2020 - Light ruby color turning orange rust at the rim with a transparent edge. The nose gives off smoky notes of red fruits and cola. Light-bodied with a silky texture, this is good for drinking now up to the medium term. There’s ample acidity and herbaceous qualities that balance the red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, dried meat and subtle oak core. Finishes with a tinge of salt and limestone minerals. Delightful and elegant. Drink now until 2024. 89+
