  May 10, 2020 - This wine was opened to celebrate mother's day. And the choice was right to harmonize with fish. Golden yellow, super evolved, excellent acidity, fruity (pineapple, passion fruit), floral, caramel, butter, and beautiful minerality. persistent ending. I recommend immediate consumption. We are already in the maximum evolution and possibly it will be downhill in the coming years.
