  May 13, 2020 - At the open:
  Smells of green peppercorns and new leather
  Tastes of elusive black cherries and slightly sour vegetation
  Moderate tannin.
  
  After 30 minutes:
  Smells of brooding purple fruit and damp must
  Tastes of Evolving and compelling red fruit balanced against an earthy structure. Sour notes have faded.
  
  After 90 minutes:
  Smells of stewed fruits and warm spices
  Tastes of chewy red layered fruit and earth.
  
  Medium-full bodied.
  
  This is an excellent complex Bordeaux blend that continues to evolve with layered offerings. It needs at least one hour of air.
