  May 18, 2020 - excellent California Cabernet Sauvignon - we kept sipping it while nibbling on Sartori herbs de Provence Bella Vitano Cheese - a sharp flavor that went so well with the wine - so we only had a glass left for the main course - an Ina Garten recipe for MEAT LOAF!!! - what a pairing....!!!!! a great California Cab that is not fruity with fantastic comfort food - and of course it always the sauce - which we improvised and used from another recipe....
