  May 19, 2020 - 1 hr plus decant, whiile I love the overall balance of fruit and acid/tannin structure at this point the outllier in equation is the flavor of beet root that dominates the wines taste. Not my cup of tea and I notice it a lot in Copain wines, not sure why.
