Mootsie Does not like this wine:
May 23, 2020 - Dark golden color. Baked apple with cinnamon and nutmeg nose. A bit of tart, sour apple, lemon and touch of white pepper. More medium body. It’s unique. Never had a wine like it. I am not getting any of the white peach, honey, melon or similar notes as others mentioned. More sour, tart. Could be flawed, but not really a flavor profile I enjoy. Add one more stamp on my wine journey passport.
UPDATE day 2. The sourness is mostly gone. The wine is rounder. I still get a lot of apple, apple/cinnamon notes.1 person found this helpful 1,234 views
