  May 24, 2020 - Generally clear, fine sediment?

  First wave of aroma was pronounced and pleasant, faded quickly thereafter.
  Fresh fruit still there - blackcurrants, black berries - but faded fast
  Hint of plum tart/spice
  Dry dirt, animal?
  
  High tannins
  Mid+ acid
  Mid+ body
  Mid+ alcohol (13.5?)
  Short finish
  Juicy fruit, but hard to distinguish
  
  Drink now, not suitable for further aging...
  Maybe in a closed phase, but I can't see it getting better with age. Has the structure but not the fruit, unfortunately.
