  May 25, 2020 - Not much going on on the nose. Dark purple and a little hot when first opened, but mellowed an hour later. In the mouth flavors of raisin, jammy fruit with good acidity. I chose specifically to drink with American Chop Suey dinner (pasta with tomato soup and sautéed onions and Hamburg) and it went nicely with this. Not a long finish but drinking well still. Recommend 30-60 minute decent still at this point.
