  May 26, 2020 - Medium ruby color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, pepper, roses, and violet. On the palate, it's an interesting contrast: light, almost ethereal texture, with an intense minerality (very, very chalky). A bit of tart fruit in the mid-palate with a long finish.
  
  Will certainly benefit from at least 5+ years, but already a delight to drink!
